A good massage therapist got rid of my planters fasciitis.
It’s caused by the muscles in your calf.
If you get a good therapist, mine only needed one session. She got rid of it last year, and it hasn’t come back.
I walk my dog for an hour a day. So thankful Jill Kauffman at Shift Therapeutic Massage could help me.

Trying to make the soy glazed chicken thighs and rice led to me to accidentally making chicken fried quinoa.
Let me explain. While (slowly) cranking up the heat on the chicken, I went to the pantry to grab the rice. I've always got rice, EVERYONE always has rice.
I didn't have rice. Barely enough for 1/4th cup. I had to improvise.
No worries. I have couscous. I'll throw in some bell peppers and green onions – it'll work. I get that going. Pulled out another pot (didn't want to chance it in the same pan with the chicken – wanted to have more control), and set the heat to get that boiling.
Then I smell charring…FUDGE, MY CHICKEN. My attention towards the couscous took it away from my chicken. Oh well. I can salvage some of it. Water is boiling, I throw in the couscous, give it a stir, cover it, and remove it from heat. I take out my chicken and let it rest. 7ish minutes later my couscous is still nowhere near done.
It's right now when I realize my couscous is actually quinoa.
Okay. I can salvage this (can I?). So I put in a little more water, put it on heat again. Meanwhile I pull out my wok to preheat that to make chicken fried quinoa. As I'm waiting for that I remove the bones and roughly chop my chicken. I add some sesame oil and shallots, scramble an egg in there, toss in the quinoa, then the chicken, some extra soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder, some shredded carrots, some green onions…..
And voila, Chicken fried quinoa. The wife and kids didn't hate it!
Not a shrimp fan, do you think Beer Brats would be a good alternative?

Platar faciaitis, stand on tips toes throughout the day. A tennis ball and roll it under your foot. And don't wear converse or super flat shoes 😢. Love your recipes so much!!!

My plantar fasciitis journey has gone through a journey from my teenager years of skateboarding and decade plus of retail. Psoas muscle release has been great for my posture and almost eliminated my discomfort for standing still and calf stretcher and light massage gun helps on a consistent basis to remove that feet pain in the morning
I wanna make the breakfast pot but i dont have eggs…i wanna make the soy glazed chicken but i dont have soy sauce or mirin…i wanna make the creamy tomato pasta but i dont have shrimp…😭😭😭😭😭😭 someone send me groceries hahahahaha
