⭐️Ingredients:
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups glutinous rice flour (must be glutinous!)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 can coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
⭐️Directions:
Preheat oven 350°
Mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well between each one. Stir in vanilla. Pour in rice flour and baking powder. Stir in coconut milk and evaporated milk. Stir until smooth. Batter will be thin. Pour into 13×9 baking dish and bake for 1 hour.








We used banana leaves as a base along with the baking dish and topped it with fresh shredded coconut. YUMMY.
Thats not the right way how to cook bibingka. 😅😅😅
You can add margarine at the top….and you can put also cooked corn while in mixing..

all is right, just cool a bit to make it a bit jello-wy , you can lessen the fluidity of it, you can asjust the sweetness accdg to your taste.. you cam garnsh cheese or fresh grated coconut..it's Bibingka..
