You dealt about the customer's ' willingness to pay ". Then there is a problem of " ability to pay " but of course that is a third world problem. The assumption is that availability of money is not a problem , only allocation is.

Apparently, having multiple business models at an early stage can signal that we don’t know what we’re doing. But what if our model is bi-faceted by design? doesnt 21:38 conflicts with previous video "How to talk to users" and in that video it was mentioned that dont ask customer for solution. They are bad at giving the solution and its your job to ask the right question and find the solution
