The convention to name a round ‘Seed’ vs ‘Series A’, or ‘Series B’ vs Series C’ responds mostly to the company stage, and a little bit to the size of the round. A lot of the confusion comes from the fact that rounds can vary in size a lot: you can find Seed Rounds at $250K and at $2M, and they are both true ‘Seed Rounds’ (or at least that’s how they are reported in Crunchbase).
So let’s get to it.

Hi. I am a startup founder and in MVP development stage which is taking long because of lack of developer. In preseed round, you said to direct customers to your product without launching? I am confused. The way we are building our MVP is market-ready and scalable, meaning that once its ready, it has capability to take in orders and payments. How does that exactly work if you say "not launch but direct customers there". What will they do there if not buy? Thanks and helpful video.
if yall haven't figured out thats it's complicated on purpose because it's their closed system and everyone not close to them is just a tool, then you still haven;t realized that you can make your own shit, and create anything just by working together planting gardens of food, and with so many diy tutors and books and even videos, you can make your own vehicles and whatever you dream of, so catch up yall.
