"Saying wine and beer are bad but vodka or whiskey are better is a flawed argument. All types of alcohol…whether it’s wine, beer, vodka, or whiskey..contain ethanol, which affects the body in similar ways. The difference lies mainly in concentration and how people consume them. Wine, especially red, has been studied for minor antioxidant benefits when consumed in moderation, whereas hard liquors like vodka and whiskey often lead to quicker intoxication due to their higher alcohol content. Also, beer and wine are usually sipped slowly, while spirits are often consumed in shots..leading to faster absorption and greater strain on the liver. So instead of comparing which alcohol is ‘better,’ the focus should be on responsible drinking, understanding your body, and not using alcohol as a status symbol or health claim…!
Brother it's a very opinionated video. The claim of clear alcohol being relatively better is not true. (for low/ moderate consumption)
The estrogen is way too low to cause any hormonal impact for a moderate consumer.
Even the traces of pesticides linked to the wines are way within the regulatory limit to cause damage to a moderate user.
For an occasional/moderate user (emphasis on moderate) there is no evidence of extra damage due to these factors. Check your biases! Kindly don't indulge in Motivated Reasoning/ Paltering.
