There needs to be a serious talk around the concept of passive income. If you think there is a special way to just have money flood into your bank account while you sit on a beach and do nothing, you are very mistaken. Nobody you know that is making passive income didn’t grind for years and years before they were making enough “passive income” to live comfortably.

  2. i make a bit of money from renting a house and a couple of courses i sell on Udemy. These are basically passive but it's not enough to live on. As he said, the mentality of not having to work is itself problematic. One should keep producing and having plans to keep producing useful stuffs.

  4. Buy a duplex, live in one half, rent the other half. Use the rental income & save every penny you make until you have enough for a dp on another duplex. Now you live in one unit and rent out 3. Repeat until you can eventually buy 3 unit homes and 4 unit homes. Keep going.

  9. I just sat through hours of videos while using the search term money making strategies and all of them. I mean ALL OF THEM are a bunch of bs. They are making their money through video views and monetized youtube accounts. This guy tells it like it is. Period.
