  5. I recognize the overwhelm during busy times in life. My tip: just take it one day at a time. What needs to be done TODAY? I’ve started planning the crap out of myself, I make a schedule for the day (I do that every night before going to bed) and once a week I plan out the week. It’s made a huge difference for me, because I don’t have to think about the stuff that’s not on my planner yet.
