I love the tough questions asked. Conservation is easy from behind a tv screen. But the reality is people have to eat and live. There’s a balance that just saying “don’t do xyz” can never achieve and is immensely frustrating to hear espoused by people who were born with a silver spoon and a maid to feed them.
The small town issue is a familiar one to me. Texas has many tiny towns and it can be a serious emotional drain on those who are trapped there, unable to afford a life elsewhere and unable to better their lives there.
The question of security is a rough one. I incredibly appreciate the honesty shown by those interviewed in not sugarcoating the issue.
