11:30 at first the idea of using peppermint in a savoury soup seemed slightly odd to me. Then I remembered that mint sauce is also a very common condiment to be paired with lamb and suddenly it didn't seem odd anymore because if it works with lamb chops it'll pair fine in a sheep soup.
