We go deep on: layoffs, “MBA as an excuse”, theory vs. practice, employability vs. employment, college curriculum gap, robotics labs, और building job-ready skills—without changing the basics, बदलना है their implementation.

WHO SHOULD WATCH?

KEY TAKEAWAYS
EdTech to SkillTech Shift:
Top 3 Focus Areas for Next 5 Years:
1. Prompt Engineering – Street-smart + model-smart communication with AI
2. Autonomous Engineering – Driverless vehicles, autopilots, industrial automation
3. Silicon Wave in India – VLSI, embedded systems, PCB design, semiconductors
Core Insights:
• Employability beats Employment – awareness, attitude, aptitude, projects, trend-tracking
• Basics don’t change, implementation must – labs, robotics kits, mentors, updated faculty
• Execution beats Idea – minimum gap between planning and action
• India’s tech decade – public + private investment rising; services must leverage core tech

My dream CRPF 🗿
Per my experience..the skill that industry requires is not there in our education system at all. The whole education system needs overhauling. After class 8, students should be able to choose IT, Business studies, Civil, mechanical and humanities. The course curriculum must be as per Industry requirements. No offence but why we make them study Hindi, Sanskrit, Geography and History. The one who want to become IT engineer should not be studying these at all.
