I lost my first 0.001 BTC on Coinbase; they froze my account.
I jumped from level 2 to level 4 because I was involved in the gemini earn fiasco. Once it looked like we weren't going to get our money back, I ordered a trezor and replaced what I thought i was going to lose with the cash I had on hand. The only thing I use centralized exchanges for is buying stable coins and swapping then for monero using trocador on tor, because there's no need for my crypto to be tracable to my name.
what do you think about air-gaped mobile device without any internet access and custom software to handle wallets and signing etc. it never touches internet, it can sign transaction using qr code, and the signed transaction is handled by online device which broadcast it. what level would be that?
