3-2-1 Pie Dough Recipe 🥧
3 flour : 2 butter : 1 liquid

Recipe for 2 (9”) crusts
🥣 12 oz (1.5 cups) all-purpose flour
🧈 8 oz (1 cup) cold cubed butter
🧊 4 oz (1/2 cup) ice-cold water
🧂 pinch of salt

How to Make Perfect Pie Crust ✨
1️⃣ In a food processor, pulse the flour and butter until pea-sized.
2️⃣ With the processor running, stream in the cold water and add a pinch of salt.
3️⃣ When the dough starts to come together, stop and knead gently by hand.
4️⃣ Divide, wrap, and chill. Your homemade crust is ready to roll!

  1. Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, l just wanted to say… Can you please give a ermine frosting recipe please that is not too oily like American butter cream, l don't want to use swiss meringue buttercream because l don't know.. l just don't want to 😅😅😅😅 please give a recipe! love your videos ❤❤❤

  2. Butter pie -crust pastry tastes good, can look stunning, but it isn't very flaky. If you want flaky, use lard (ie Tenderflake). Next flakiest is vegetable shortening (i.e. Crisco), next is butter, and you can even use oil (but it's not very flaky at all).

  3. Looks delicious! Mines very similar, the only difference is I use equal amounts of butter to crisco/lard to make up the butter bit, and butter milk instead of water 😍 also a pinch or so of sugar with that salt
