3-2-1 Pie Dough Recipe 🥧
3 flour : 2 butter : 1 liquid

Recipe for 2 (9”) crusts
🥣 12 oz (1.5 cups) all-purpose flour
🧈 8 oz (1 cup) cold cubed butter
🧊 4 oz (1/2 cup) ice-cold water
🧂 pinch of salt

How to Make Perfect Pie Crust ✨
1️⃣ In a food processor, pulse the flour and butter until pea-sized.
2️⃣ With the processor running, stream in the cold water and add a pinch of salt.
3️⃣ When the dough starts to come together, stop and knead gently by hand.
4️⃣ Divide, wrap, and chill. Your homemade crust is ready to roll!
