Go down this rabbit hole please
As others have said, this is essentially about someone in need of an intervention.
Great reaction to a great song and band. 😀😃😄😁😊
That girl is Paulina Porizkova Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model and Rick Ocasik the guy arguing with her in the video is actually her Husband. They got married and when Ric died he left her nothong.. nada zilch. the Arguing in the video was probably fore shadowing in their real life.
I’m still in love with Benjamin Orr. By the way, this was the Cars biggest hit.
The Cars were one of the best '70s/'80s artists (their peak years stretched across the two decades). "Drive" was their most memorable ballad. But they had a done of super fun rockers, including "Shake It Up," "My Best Friend's Girl," Just What I Needed," "Let's Go," "Touch and Go" and "You Might Think." The Cars were one of those rare rock bands that had two different members that would trade off as the lead singer. This song is sung by Benjamin Orr, who had some success as a solo artist after the Cars. And Rick Ocasek (pronounced okay-sek) was the lead singer on many of their hits. The Cars had the good fortune of being especially popular right about the time MTV debuted. Consequently, they were one of the network's core artists during its biggest growth period. Personally, I would consider the Cars one of the top five artists of this era.
My favorite song by the Cars! Oh how I love the voice of bassist Benjamin Orr!! You should definitely check out their catalog. Tons of bangers!!
The cars are bigger than you think i bet if you listened to more of their songs you probably have heard them
Its a song about a young woman who suffers from Psychopathic behavior.
