Bottom line, Gina did not write, sign, date, notarize or even read this document clearly written by Agnifilo. Her attorney did not date, write, sign, or have his letterhead on it, nor file it on her behalf and as such is an unacceptable filing with the Clerk of Court. That's why it's filed as an exhibit as the Clerk cannot accept as a separate filing like the other letters to the Judge. Diddy and his counsel could get in trouble for that. I hope the Judge reports him to the bar association and charges him with fraud. Nor did her passive self write the agressive statement on Twitter. In fact, she hasn't been seen or heard from since TMZ "found" her. Her family should file a missing persons report.
