I don't understand why people don't treat it in the same way as swastika. I mean I understand why, but they absolutely should because it killed orders of magnitude more people
Communist societies don't succeed. They starve and then devolve into authoritarianism.
Who knew that this symbol would end up being an icon for genocidal fairy tails.
Alliance… Hah. Communists ruined farming
Such a benign-looking design for maybe the most evil symbol that has existed in all of history.
The message was great but it's implementation caused some of the most horrible wars in history that killed millions just in the name of the Idea of communism. I won't say that the other side is innocent but the costs of it were much lower compared to communism.
Nyayoism in Kenya….Sickle in swahili Omundun (Mtu au watu) means Everyone come together, the Hammer is the Jua-Kali sector in Kenya and the short Judicial process without bureaucracy the Star means that we are all descendants of Abraham as promised in the Bible and people of Great Faith
This explanation is incorrect and nothing to do with the true origin.
The Hammer and Sickle should be viewed with disgust the same way as the Swastika
Wasn't it twisted by the leaders and promote slavery where working class stay as working class? It's original was meant for equal rights but was twisted that's what I've been told?
