Bon Appétit joins Chef Meherwan Irani to explore Mumbai’s street food scene at Muthu Dosa Corner in Dadar. Known for his fast-paced skills and signature Rajinikanth-style dosas, Muttu Anna has earned a reputation as one of the city’s true dosa masters. Watch as he crafts five perfectly crisp dosas at once with unmatched speed, precision, and flair. Inspired by the legendary Indian actor Rajinikanth, Muttu Anna’s dosa-making is part performance, part tradition, and all flavor.

Wow, food and theater!
7:15 this is insane, the guy at the end knows when the potatoes goes down it is a mysore masala dosa.
9:17 hands over his token for Mysore masala dosa to the said "guy at the end"!
Correct Ah Varudhaa nu Paaru Da ❤ ✨🎇😁
110 for street food Dosa is insane even if it tastes great, shouldn't be above 70
Brother … You just called it a crepe.. it's a dosa not a crepe.. thankfully you are in Mumbai and not in south India to use the word crepe. And Mysore masala they don't put onion and powder and other condiments 😂😂
After all the videos I’ve seen of dirty, unhygienic street food I’ve seen it’s nice to see a clean street vendor!!!
It looks delicious
