Great topic! i couldn’t sleep for like 3 weeks straight… every night same thing, eyes wide open, mind racing. work stress, relationship falling apart, everything piling up in my head like a storm. i started feeling like I'm not myself anymore. empty, tired, anxious 24/7. Then one random night i found this book called Hidden Laws of Sleep by Rhys Quell. I started reading it and i don’t even know how to explain it but something clicked. It wasn’t some magic fix, but it showed me how to calm my mind. First time in a long time, I slept.
