Rosemary Salt Recipe:
1 cup Kosher salt
14 sprigs of rosemary stripped
8 sprigs sage stripped
3-5 cloves of garlic (3 if they are big and 5 if small)
1 lemon zested
Rosemary salt weighted recipe:
250 g Kosher salt
16 g fresh rosemary leaves
8 g fresh sage leaves
20 g fresh garlic
3 g fresh lemon zest

I don't have a food processor, so finely chopped the herbs for the salt, worked well. Maybe used too much. I also did a bit of improv and threw some premade bone broth in the stock along with water. Maybe a bit heavy on the mustard too. My end product was a bit too salty and mustardy. Will watch it next time around. The overall recipe was great. My thighs had a crispy crust that rocked. Very nice dude.

Love the recipes
Yeah I eat a ton of chicken thighs, so I'll be using that baked recipe. I love my flattop for grilling, but it's getting cooler so I use it less, esp in the winter as it's covered in snow. I use a great lemon marinade people love, but I marinade overnight. Super easy: avocado oil, a lot of lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Super easy.
