BAD ADVICE
the ocean is 3.5% salt. so that would be 140 grams (almost 1 US cup) of diamond crystal kosher salt in 4 liters / quarts of water. You want 20 grams (2 tablespoons) of salt for 4 liters / quarts

i never had mac and cheese but i've had something better, it's made with alittle fish and stuff and yeah its js creamy andd nwfejkweladkjnsklferwfdsfcgefrdsffdfreafsdfdffuckmesdasfadfdwsa feucekfucekfceukeqcefw adsfrvgfdszx
too much fat and too many calories to eat more than once a decade.
I will stick with the (already indulgent) standard recipe — google "mornay sauce for mac and cheese"
