  3. I made this today and was rather let down. After simmering the dairy and flavourings and reducing I was still left with a very soupy mixture in spite of using 50 g more pasta than required to use the whole package. I also disliked the somewhat grainy texture. Considering the enormous amount of quite pricey cheese I doubt I’d make this again and have a huge amount of leftovers in my freezer.
