I made this today and was rather let down. After simmering the dairy and flavourings and reducing I was still left with a very soupy mixture in spite of using 50 g more pasta than required to use the whole package. I also disliked the somewhat grainy texture. Considering the enormous amount of quite pricey cheese I doubt I’d make this again and have a huge amount of leftovers in my freezer.
Time to test whether this is The Perfect Mac n Cheese.
I love cooking, and I think your videos are amazing . I always watch you with Guga. I make a lot of fresh cheeses, which is the kind we make in my country, Venezuela. I wanted to know if you make cheese too. I’d love for you to try making a Gouda.
