  1. i thought spf cream and moisturizing cream are the same thing, do you really need to put both of them for daily skincare? i feel like my skin is already extremely shiny in a bad way after just spf

  2. Hey Brandon, first time watching your channel. I want to say that I generally think the advice you gave in your "Before You Start" section, however, I did not like your messaging for this at 00:28 . I'm paraphrasing here, but you basically said if you don't diet, sleep well and exercise there is no point in trying to build and maintain a skincare routine. I strongly disagree with this sentiment. For some people it's easier and for some people it's harder to make these lifestyle changes. However, building a skin-care routine, a form of self-care that you do every day with consistency, might make it psychologically easier to take other steps in life to take care of your body. As someone dealing with depressive episodes, I find that building a solid routine can kind of anker me and give me a solid foundation to build on. I recently had a depressive episode, and my skin-care routine was one of the things that helped me get back on track on building healthier habits and I'm doing much better now.

This is meant as constructive criticism, because otherwise I did like your video.
