"skin in the game" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Sunscreen are one of the causes of having bad skin. This guy has no idea what he is talking about.
This is a pretty good guide especially that we should keep our routine simple. However, I wouldn't personally advise cosmetic retinoids. There's just too much inconsistency between different retinol and retinal products and delivery is often poor and inconsistent. If you go the OTC route adapalene gel is best.
can you use Vaseline as a moisturizer?
Retinol Purging is a pain, but it is what it is.
Skincare is very subject, every skin is different, different skin needs different products, some people need more hydrating products, some people don't need anything. Telling people all this is bs because you can't handle other products or didn't work for you is total bs. If anybody is telling you, you only need good diet and drink 3 liters of water, I wanna sm*ch your face. Good diet is not gonna give you clear, healthy skin. I'm prime example of it.n
I really want to believe this, I hate complicated routines. However, I had blackheads and super visible pores for years using a basic routines like the one suggested, in the end, only by adding a bit more steps I'm starting to get good results. But I totally agree that we shouldn't believe influencers
What would be the difference between a cleanser and a moisterizing hand soap?
Thanks a lot for your video, it must save me up many money haha, but i'm not sure if hydrating cleanser, cerave specifically, could wash off my water resistant sunscreen, thank you again😊
Mild cleanser + moisturizer
That's it for me. I've tried a lot of combinations over the years but these two are just it.
