On sunscreens bs- do your own research before believing everything that the media pushes!
I have a light skin. And all that sunscreen drama is nonsense for me. I don't roast myself in the sun. I wear a hat when out in the sun. I stick to my healthy well-balanced nutrition, avoid processed seed oils and voilà no sunburn or skin photodamage.
Nah,no sunscreen in the UK. Maybe for a couple of weeks in high summer but id rather get my daily dose of vitamin D thanks
Sunscreens are not safe. Cover up before you outside and in the bedroom cover up before you go inside.
Growing up i never knew there is something called acne, and only when i moved out of my hometown i came to know abut these pimple kind of things called acne. Never experienced it, never seen anybody with acne in my family or neighborhood growing up.
Or basically you are what you eat.
Since Diana's Bulbinella came out, it's become my go to. No more cleansing, toning then moisturising. Miscellar water and a scrub occasionally, and if it's particularly dehydrating weather, slug afterwards with vaseline mixed with sesame seed and castor oil. A mixture of flax, chia and other seeds, soaked. My skin looks better in my mature years compared to decades ago.
Oh, and avoid harsh sun, I have a whole lot of basal cells to be cut out, since I suntanned hard until my late forties. My husband just had a gigantic carcinoma skin cancer cut out, he hasn't had it sent away, possibly because if it's stage 2, lifespan is 3 years😳😳 And he carries on not protecting his skin 🙄🙄And one of my dogs that is addicted to tanning needs to go for his second round of skin cancer removal.
Why is sunscreen so expensive in australia, philippines, and brazil? Tf?
During Covid, I saw how many beautiful people were online. I was confused how that wasn’t the case irl. I later zoomed in and found out they were using filters while sponsoring products. I loved my skin so much ever since
Hot Water. 3 times a day at the sink you fill both your hands with water that is almost too hot to touch, and you rub your face with it. The trick is to never miss one.
My mom also never had any acne ever . Not a single one. Not even during teenage years not even now during menopause😂 she has never used sunscreen, never used anything fancy, if i put foundation on her she goes to sleep without even washing it off😂😂 still nothing 😂
