1) why you DON’T need to spend loads of money on expensive skincare products
2) which products you should use to have healthy skin, AND
3) why you don’t actually need to spend anything in order to have great looking and feeling skin.

  1. I'll keep my multi step Korean routine. The main thing people need to understand is what products to use when the skin is acting differently due to season, hormones, or just aging, then knowing to adjust products.

  2. I used to have a crazy skincare routine and I also routinely broke out in painful pimples, also experienced facial eczema 😢 then I started washing my face with a plain, unscented bar of soap (crazy) and only moisturising, no toners or anything. I used a moisturiser safe for babies and people with eczema, and at night I slapped on petroleum jelly on the areas I would get eczema. I have had ZERO breakouts since this routine, and my skin has not become inflamed, itchy, or red. I also eat a lot of whole foods, exercise, and get good sleep. I think wellness requires a holistic approach, love this vid!🙌
