But in 2024, one of its investors Info Edge filed an FIR with the Mumbai Police and EOW, alleging that the funds were misused:
Not sharing financial records → He and his team didn’t give proper details of how the company’s money was being used.
Suspicious money movements → Some payments and related-party transactions looked irregular.
Defaulting on basics → Vendors and even employees’ salaries were not paid on time.
