They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don’t feel alone anymore. What really helped me start overcoming the pain and actually move toward my goals was reading Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers, it opened my eyes in ways I didn’t expect. Always remember, don’t be depressed about the past, don’t worry about the future, and just focus on today. ❤

  2. Y’all feel tired because you don’t pray Fajr. The devil has you shackled and you break free by waking up, making wudu ( purify yourself) and praying in the early hours of the morning. Try it. You will feel energised

  3. I always envy on those people who have a chance to change somethings even if how hard it is. Me, on the other hand, have a pituitary adenoma, which is refractory to dopamin agonists makes things even harder if not impossible. All those talks about dopamins, neurotransmitters and some science backed studies don't work on me. Be gratitude for what you have and don't lose your steadfastness

  4. Do it because you want to. Don’t think about it. Just do it. Don’t procrastinate or…… Talk yourself out of doing it. Self talk. I put mantras on my bathroom mirror. Getting out of bed is the start of the win. Love that!!!!!
