For your reference: Russian Empire was rulled by Dutch and French since 1698 till end of 19 century, and during 18-19 century about 80% of all Library and personal collection books were burned , official reason was because it includes paganism and Churches were destroying all studies that were desctibing difference from Bible.
So they they destroyed real history books and recipes of healthy plants, during 1698 Peter 1, Russian Tzar got missing and replaced with European look a like , his expidition ment to be 2 months but he came back after almost 2 years with speaking very bad Russian and have never met his wife and sister again ever, he ordered to send them to Monastery.
There were many changes , but one of them was forbidding to eat the healthiest foods that Russians ate for centuries and lived till 150-180 years in 16-18centuris same as Tartarian people . But European was always jealous of Eastern people's physical and intellectual abilitites, this where capitalism happened and destroyed our modern world.
