Great review and owner seems like a nice bloke. Probably just gets over emotional. Needs to kill the negative reviews with kindness and will stop the trolls

I was waiting for the haggis reveal the whole time, I absolutely love haggis!

However, what I do not love are people who decide to ruin somebody's bussiness, or even sb's life just for the "fun" of doing that. They are not trolls, they are criminals :/

Ebay?? Had to chuckle, but think that he was under pressure at that moment, so he's forgiven for that. The guy needs someone who is social media savvy, and who will respond to the reviewers who are genuine and polite (even if they are negative) in a polite way. They might even be able to remove, or have removed, those offensive reviews and responses. The trolls will soon become bored and return to sulking under their bridges, and his business will be all the better for it. Nasty responses to those trolls will ruin their reputation and destroy his business.
