Hey friends, welcome to RegenerationNationTV!
We’re Mike & Jess, and we love diving into music, TV, and culture from all over the world. This is a space where we explore new experiences, share laughs, and connect with amazing people like YOU!

We’ve all heard this song, but this was our first time seeing the music video, and it hit differently with the visuals. Richard Ashcroft walking head-on into the world while refusing to move out of the way… it’s simple, bold, and somehow captures the weight of the lyrics perfectly. A timeless track with a video to match.

  1. First song I ever remember hearing. I was 8 in 1997 and remember my dad took me to work in his grabwagon and it came on the radio while I was sat waiting for him to hop back in after picking something up. Can't wait to hear it live in August with Oasis 🇬🇧

  2. The album that this song is on is an absolute juggernaut of an album aswell. The band was actually much more involved in making kind of 'psychedelic music' before this album came out but then they shifted more into sort of traditional Rock type music. And they actually only put out one more album after this one before splitting up in 2009. Again I highly encourage you guys checking out the full album where this song is from. Its called Urban Hymns and its amazing if you want an entire album worth of music like this.Richard Ashcrofts lyrics are amazing!
