Guys I don't see this happening reason being. US wants to payoff their debt. Which means if they did pump XRP and they know everyone is listening and they put a lot of money into it then a lot of the people holding amounts of like 1000 XRP or whatever would pull their money and the US would not really have their money since they would go to the normal investors. Am I correct in the way I view it?! Please let me know maybe I missed something or I am missing some knowledge of the market or what they are trying to pull here!?
