Three years ago Skypaq released their Corvo drones that have limited autonomous targeting .
It can recognise a road or rail line then fly along it and strike anything that is not road or rail line .
While this could be a problem for roads , it is perfect for targeting rail logistics .
Weather you want to call this Ai or just autonomous targeting is a matter for your own imagination .The problems is the military specification because they are asking for a do everything drone rather than specialists drones designed to do one specific task .
As for Ukraine using 12,000 drones per week that simply proves how they are wasting drones .
Just like firing artillery without a defined target , swarming the battle ground with thousands of uncoordinated , the majority of which crash because they have run out of battery power is just wasting a finite resource.
Then when drones are needed to support their own infantry, there are none left to do the job . so the infantry troops either have to surrender or get killed .

Peter Thiel is one of the single worst things to happen to Western civilization in modern history. The United States experiencing some of the worst consequences of his megaloania… people like him having the absurd influence and wealth they do makes it far more difficult to be actually patriotic (as opposed to performatively patriotic).
The pumping of the stock market, and companies efficiency and talent has given many prominent tech executives a false credibility and reputation(and unearned wealth). The media(CNBC for 1) is, in large part, at fault for this. Thiel, like Musk, loves a market where shamelessness and willingness to lie can make you rich… specifically about your businesses current and future capabilities, and current products & future products that will be released, some call it pumping the share value or puffery, but when you're not soft peddling the truth you call it fraud. From what I understand, Thiel is not on the level Musk is with this, but that's not saying much.
