Ingredients:
· 2 packets Maggi
· 2 Tomatoes (quartered)
· 2 tbsp Oil
· 3-4 Garlic cloves (chopped)
· 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
· 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
· Water (as required)
· 2 Maggi Masala packets
· 1 tsp Oregano
· 2 Cheese Slices
· 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
· Fresh Parsley (finely chopped, for garnish)
Method:
1. Heat oil. Fry tomato pieces until dark brown. Remove, grind into a smooth puree.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic until golden.
3. Add red chilli powder & chilli flakes. Sauté for 10 sec.
4. Add the fresh tomato puree. Cook for 1-2 mins.
5. Add water, Maggi noodles, Maggi masala, oregano, and cheese slices. Mix well and cook.
6. When 90% cooked, top with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
7. Garnish with chilli flakes, oregano, and fresh parsley. Serve immediately!
