Be a man, mix cement+sand 1:3 yourself (dont overwater it) – for a fraction price you get much better quality – and dont use foams under it to make it fragile.. To make it more smooth, you can add plastificator, to make it stronger join it with old concrete with some iron.. this is not a job showworthy…
