POWER!!!!
It's very invasive and hurts really badly. It also takes a longggggg time. Drilling, building up the bone, oh and btw the bone does naturally recede showing the metal and infection possibilities are really high!!! Yeah, that goo stuff sucks, but I would rather not have happen to me what I've seen others go through. Also, it's REALLY EXPENSIVE!!! 10'S OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. My advice is, don't smoke (or do drugs) floss, brush your teeth regularly, and if you have a tooth issue, get it taken care of asap. If you can't, then try to keep as many teeth in your head as possible.

I'd rather have the adhesive than the painful clips they put in my upper partial. Plus Im sure thats damaging the teeth that were fine at the time of me getting the dentures. I just rarely wear them. If I don't smile too big you cant tell lol
