I always like the movies who shows genuine struggles of women on a daily basis
And that's why I will watch this film cause it explores the individual struggles of a woman her pain her emotions the themes rather than generalizing a gender or plain hating them
And ofc no one likes four more shots thank you for coming veere di wedding come one
This is by far the best and detailed review of this movie. I agree with everything mentioned here!!! Movies like this must be supported and celebrated so more filmmakers and a list actors will have the confidence to present us with such thought provoking stories with great social messages. The girlfriend is a clear reflection of society and situations faced in most parts of asian country. In an industry where toxic male traits have been celebrated for so long, it was that much more important to have a story like this a contrary to what we have been shown in the past. Also, you forgot to mention the most beautiful and powerful scene in the movie shared between Rohini maam and rashmika that was so hard hitting and disturbing to watch as it depicted the sad reality of how women do live their life under the dominating influence of their male partners or husbands. Guys I cant recommend this movie enough, the ending is so satisfying. All the actors performed brilliantly and shout out to Rashmika for taking on such a risky yet strong role and giving life to bhooma.

We should actually start calling movies like Kabir Singh, Arjun Reddy, Animal,…. etc… as "REGRESSIVE PROPAGANDA"
Like anything remotely judging the envt that actually portray how many women grow up in is labelled as "Woke" or "Feminist" propaganda… then why not call these movies out as regressive, cavemen propaganda 😂
