They wanted it in their break room cause they don’t want strangers just entering the front lobby to use the machine. It’s for their customers only not open to the outside public hence the safety concerns.

Evaluate what people like. Survey it. Find most often that vending machines are out of touch. People just put whatever is cheap. Put what people like. Simple. And also, do business with reasonable people and reasonable prices. I can get it more cheaper and convenient at the convenience store.
The way you put the Skittles packets in there kills me lol they get stuck so much more like that!
