This scene gets me every time💀💀
🎥waiting…:
Employees at a Bennigan’s-like restaurant (called, creatively enough, Shenanigan’s), kill time before their real lives get started. But while they wait, they’ll have to deal with picky customers who want their steak cooked to order and enthusiastic managers who want to build the perfect wait staff.
Luckily, these employees have effective revenge tactics.

Former server. My first serving job was at a Denny's, and I worked there for over a decade.
Ive never been so appalled at humanity. People said the rudest things to me through the duration of a $10 meal that I would nevrr consider saying to anyone in public, in any circumstances. Yes, real life customers ARE this rude. They think that the pettiest complaints validate their rudeness and/or make them entitled to a free meal. Small mistakes can be fixed – if you eat it, your meal should not be free.
Unfortunately, what adds to the stress of customer service jobs is that management will be on the side of the "Karen" about 99% of the time. I work in a sales job from home, now, and it's still the same story – doesnt matter how rude or wrong the customer is, they do not face consequences for how they speak to us. One customer had over 20 pages of internal notes detailing inapprorpriate or uncooperative/unruly behavior both in-store and over the phone. After a year of multiple employees complaining about the customer, the Legal Team started to intervene. It took almost another 6 months for the Legal Team to finally serve the customer with papers advising that they are no longer welcome to shop with us.
Karen customers that always demand discounts without merit only serve to cut into company profits. They bring down the morale for the employees, too. Companies need to stop rewarding infantile behavior from adults that go on temper tantrums or rudeness, rather than trying to respectfully present and resolve issues.
I would have dropped the food right in her lap.
Be nice to service people in general. Common sense.
The cut off before the entire point of this scene is done deliberately so that you the viewers leaves comments about it.
This boosts their algorithms, as it's not comment topic that matters, only that there are comments at all.
It's cheap and dirty algorithm farming, don't reward them. Hit the downvote and then select 'Do Not Recommend This Channel' (from the three dots at the top right hand.)
Is Paragraph Guy here? Or anyone who can tell us how the scene ends?
Terrible youtube short – failed to show the reason for the title. Downvoting…
