Barbara is next level. You feel every note she sings and believe every word she says. Treat yourself. Her more recent duet albums are fabulous too – Encores and Partners, where she sought out actors who could also sing. Some great video clips on YouTube with her explaining the process and a little about the history of the songs. ❤
Barbra Streisand. Suzanne Sommers. Are you kidding me? What planet are you on? Funny you knew "Thigh Master!" Your dialogue doesn't feel genuine. And this discussion is more about the song than the singer. That may be okay. But what are you reviewing?
I dont know where you are getting the Suzanne Somers connection from. If you look at them side by side they look nothing alike or have any similar actions.
I thought that every person on earth knew who Barbra Streisand is…. this isn't even one of her best performances. Listen to "People", The Way We Were, My Man, she has literally 100s of massive hits from Broadway, to Pop, to Disco, to Pop Rock, to all of the Standards. She is considered by many to be the greatest voice of her generation, comparable to Whitney Houston in her time or Celine Dion in hers. Streisand is in her early 80s and can still sing beautifully.

How have you never heard of Barbra Streisand…. You really need to do more research and watch her movies. As for this song.. it is from CATS and not what she is known for. She did romantic comedy to drama. A national treasure.
