Ok so even at 11 and him at 15 or 16 yrs old dating no crime was committed unfortunately as long as the parents were aware of their hanging out and gave their consent for the dating and or approved them hanging out with each other and this includes the holding of hands cuddling hugging flirting and being on each other's social media and exchanging text or conversations in the DMs.. NOW once it gravitated into the sexual aspect of things their referencing to as "relationship" regardless of any parents approval of their child's and his interactions prior to the acts of actual sexual intercourse the shit is ILLEGAL until she is of the legal age to consent and so he may or may not have been responsible for this girls death and he may or may not have been the one who hired someone to unalive her but he for sure is a child molester once any act of sexual contact was made by him with her and that's FACTS!! No getting around that and NO reason or excuse to justify it is or should be even fukn acceptable to the courts law enforcement or anyone else!! The parents / family need to be fully investigated and the reasons to why this child felt like she had to or kept running away from the families home need to be looked into as well as the parents PLC on suspect list and at least charged for child neglegence and or endangerment for approving their dam "friendship" outside of social media in the first plc!! Usually a child that young acting out running away and being promiscuous and sexually active at such a young age like 11yr old bro is due to that child being exposed to adult things from an immediate family member and or someone who is close to the family that has been allowed in their home and has access to the kids and they are not aware of anything.. either way shit don't sit right with me and I just feel like WHY is a lil 11 yr old child fukn n running away from home n why would any parent support a baby bonding with an outsider that is a good 5yrs in age difference between the 2 like that is coo bro NO!!
