Ingredients-
Soya beans- 250g
Water- 4 glasses
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves
Vinegar-2-3 tbsp

Steps:

Soak and Peel:
Take overnight soaked soybeans and rub them between your palms to remove the skin.

Grind:
Add the peeled soybeans to a blender with around water and grind into a smooth paste.

Strain:
Using a muslin cloth, strain the mixture to extract fresh soy milk.

Boil:
Pour the soy milk into a pan and bring it to a boil while stirring continuously.

Flavor:
Once it starts boiling, add cumin seeds, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.

Curdle:
Gradually add vinegar (a spoon at a time) and stir until the milk begins to curdle. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Strain & Set:
Strain the curdled mixture through a clean muslin cloth. Rinse lightly with water to remove any vinegar taste.

Press:
Wrap the mixture tightly and place it under a heavy object for 30 minutes to remove excess water and shape it into a firm tofu block.

Ready:
Once set, cut into cubes — and your flavorful homemade tofu is ready to use! 🌿
