  1. Saw a TikTok comment that said something like, "Whenever I feel stressed that I don’t have my life figured out, I remind myself I’m the first woman in my family who gets to choose for herself." And honestly… that hit me.

All the women before me didn’t get the luxury of asking themselves what they want. They just followed the script. So maybe this confusion I’m feeling isn’t a bad thing. Maybe it’s freedom.

I’m also reading this book that kind of goes along with that. It’s called Woman He Can't Unsee by Kayla Dravert. It talks about how stillness and not knowing are part of our strength — not something to be fixed. That really helped shift my perspective.

Now I’m trying to see the uncertainty as a blessing, not a flaw. Still working on it though 🙂

  2. I really enjoyed this video and now have lots of potential makeup products to try! I haven’t worn a proper full face of makeup for around 3/4 years as I found everything just settled in my fine lines and made me look older and it would sit on my skin looking either too dry or too greasy. I have been wanting to explore makeup again recently and have seen a lot of conflicted information about mixing silicone and water based products. I am unsure on my skin type as some days it’s super dry and other days my skin can be oily in certain areas. Does anyone have any advice or tips on mixing water based and silicone based products? I am 28 this year but even from the age of 13 I hated wearing face products as I found they always settled in my lines and made me look like I had under eye wrinkles. Would appreciate any help and advice!❤
