I’ve always been confused by this. In the north…NJ…I used to hear when the top people allegedly snitch on their opps to get them off the streets in order to takeover…but it’s not considered snitching. It’s part of the game. But to tell on everyone to get your time reduced is snitching. Is it snitching to say what he said or is it revealing something?
