i love this movie because you can understand the motivations behind everyone involved. Little Bill really didn't deserve it, but he ended up doing horrible things. they all did.

Little Bill is the hardest bitten mean bastard in the room. He makes a point of standing point blank in front of Munny's shotgun in front of a room full of his sycophants. A true display of fearlessness.
