    Ingredients:
    β€’ 1 cup Hung Curd (whisked till smooth)
    β€’ 1 small Cucumber – finely chopped
    β€’ 1 small Onion – finely chopped
    β€’ 1 small Tomato – finely chopped (optional)
    β€’ 1 small Carrot – grated
    β€’ 1 Green Chilli – finely chopped (optional, as per spice level)
    β€’ Salt – to taste
    β€’ ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper Powder
    β€’ ΒΌ tsp Red Chilli Powder
    β€’ Β½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera)
    β€’ 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
    β€’ ΒΌ cup Water (adjust for desired consistency)

    Instructions:
    1. Prepare Curd:
    Take the hung curd in a bowl and whisk it well until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add Veggies:
    Mix in chopped cucumber, onion, tomato (if using), grated carrot, and green chilli.
    3. Add Spices:
    Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin powder.
    4. Add Water:
    Pour a little water to adjust the consistency of the raita (as thick or thin as you prefer).
    5. Mix & Garnish:
    Mix everything well. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
    6. Serve Chilled:
    Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving for best taste. Serve with biryani, pulao, or parathas.
