Instructions: 1. Prepare Curd: Take the hung curd in a bowl and whisk it well until smooth and creamy. 2. Add Veggies: Mix in chopped cucumber, onion, tomato (if using), grated carrot, and green chilli. 3. Add Spices: Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin powder. 4.
