Here is the detailed recipe of healthy besan milk

Ingredients
• Ghee – 2 teaspoons
• Besan – 2 tablespoons
• Haldi – 2 pinches
• Elaichi powder – ½ teaspoon
• Chopped dry fruits – 2 tablespoons
• Milk – 2 cups (500 ml)
• Jaggery powder – 2 to 3 tablespoons
• Kesar – 8 to 10 strands

Steps
1. Pan ko low flame par garam karke ghee daalein. Jaise hi melt ho, besan add karke 2–3 minutes tak halka golden hone tak bhun lein.
2. Ab haldi, elaichi powder aur chopped dry fruits add karke achhe se mix karein.
3. Milk daal kar whisk karein taaki lumps na bane. Isse low-medium flame par 5 minutes tak simmer hone dein, jab tak drink naturally creamy na ho jaye.
4. Heat low karke jaggery powder aur kesar add karein. Inhe 2 minutes tak pakne dein.
5. Jab mixture smooth aur thick ho jaaye, gas off karein aur garam-garam serve karein.
