Here is the detailed recipe of viral makhandi halwa recipe
*RECIPE*
1. Take 70 to 100 gm of suji and add 200 ml of milk to it, mix it well.
2. Now roast a hand full of dry fruits in 2 tsp of ghee/ oil.
3. Take that pan and add 3 tsp of ghee along with 50 gm of sugar and mix it well untill it dissolves.
4. Pour the roasted suji mixture to it and stir the mixture untill it turned golden brown.
5. Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and cook it for around 5 to 10 minutes untill it soak the ghee.
6. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and server hot.

Sooji preparation: Dry roast the sooji before soaking it in milk to remove the raw taste.
Elaichi powder: Add elaichi (cardamom) powder after pouring the sooji and milk mixture into the ghee.
Sugar: Do not fry the sugar in ghee, as it will burn. Add it after cooking the sooji for a few minutes.
Ghee and milk: Use less ghee and add extra milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
