Here is the detailed recipe of viral spongy dhokla
*RECIPE*
1. Take 1 cup of besan,2 tbsp of suji, 2 tbsp sugar powder, half tbsp salt and mix. Add half cup of water.
2. Add 1 eno pouch and Mix all thing well.
3. Put the mixture in the well greased container.
4. Steam for 20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of rai , 3 green chili and some curry leaves.
6. Add one glass of water in the tadka and with one tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp salt and lemon juice.
7. Boil for 2 minutes.
8. Add the mixture on steamed dhokla.
