In this video, we set out to experience Kerala’s famous seafood hype and after researching through Google reviews, TripAdvisor, and local recommendations, we finally discovered Kathiyayani Seafood Restaurant in the heart of Kochi, Kerala. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and friendly staff guided us through their signature homegrown recipes — each dish showcasing authentic coastal flavours, fresh catch of the day, and true passion for food.

From spicy Kerala fish curry to perfectly grilled seafood platters, every bite was a taste of Kerala, proving exactly why this restaurant is known as one of the top seafood restaurants in Kochi. The cleanliness, service, and welcoming atmosphere added to the experience, making this spot stand out beyond just the food.

And just when we thought the meal was complete, we were surprised with their original Besan Ladoos, which turned out to be some of the best we’ve tried during our travels across India. Truly unforgettable!

After the meal, we took a short walk to the Forum Mall, one of Kochi’s popular hangout destinations, and ended the day with a relaxing, flavourful cup of coffee at Gokul Oottupura.
