  1. Knee injury and doc didnt know what's wrong…wanted to do a knee scope to figure out what's happening, but I chose to try fasting instead. I could not sleep, could not bend my knee, just crawling into bed hurt ssoooooo bad. So much pain all of the time. I did a 36-hour fast and all of a sudden I could bend my knee again. I did another 36-hour fast and I was back to walking, stair climbing, and squatting. Threw in a 48 hour fast and I could finally sleep uninterrupted. I now fast intermittent 18 hours daily and I throw in a longer fast here and there at least once per month. The doctor still don't know what was wrong with my knee but I am 90% healed! the only thing I cannot do now is run, but I am continuing to heal the natural way without surgery.

  2. You remind us Gods plan that is when you fast and pray at the same time you get spritual repairing this non of scince knowledge or something else. No body would fast for 3 days or 36 hrs with out gods help try it for 3 days with out eating and drinking just pray you will see a miracle.
